Information We Collect
When you visit our website or contact us, we may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and the contents of your message. Our servers may also automatically record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, provide and support our services, operate and secure our website, and comply with legal obligations.

Synthenet sends automated operational text notifications, such as account, service and system alerts, to staff members of our client organizations. Individuals opt in by providing their mobile phone number on our enrollment form. We use mobile numbers only to deliver these notifications and never send marketing or promotional messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
For SMS program terms, including how to opt out and get help, see our Terms & Conditions.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting and message delivery providers) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When you opt out of text messages, we stop sending messages and retain only the record needed to honor your opt-out.
