Pongo Resume is an online career management application where users can create, distribute and store customized resumes and cover letters, and obtain expert on-screen resume writing advice. Built by Synthenet in 2004, Pongo has a subscription-based model that includes a free trial and offers the ability to print, download, email, or fax directly from the application. Users can also track resume submissions and use the tool to schedule follow-up tasks and reminders.

Synthenet enabled Pongo to provide custom development by incorporating a resume builder and cover letter builder, which give users the tools to create, edit, format, duplicate, and distribute their career information. Documents and data are stored on Pongo’s secure online server, which is user accessible 24/7.
