- Create a Contact (Basic Contact Information)
- Select from List of Interest Levels Associated with Contact
- Associate Contact with Sales Rep
- Convert a Sales Contact/ Lead to an Account
- Any Sales Rep will have the ability to setup Terms Accounts
- Default Commission Rate by Sales Rep, will have the ability to Override Commission Rate by Account
- Generate Sales Reports by Sales Rep/Sample/House Account by period
- Re-assign Accounts from one Sales Rep to another Sales Rep
- Schedule Call Follow-Up (Sorted by Most Current Task)
- Activity Report: “X” Number of Calls/Contacts in a Particular Week
- Sales Reps will have the ability to add Notes, Choose type of Note (i.e. Sales Notes vs. Customer Service Notes) and all Notes will be Time/Date Stamped by Sales Rep
- Lead Source (How did you here about us?) will be added to Sales Accounts
