Form Builder/Survey ModuleSite administrators can easily create HTML forms and surveys on any page in the Online Management System. Results may be e-mailed and are stored in the database. Survey results may be viewed graphically in pie chart format in the administration area.
- Create HTML forms and surveys on any page.
Choose from various types of form input fields (i.e. State, Country, Credit Card, E-Mail, etc.). Fields are automatically validated (i.e. e-mail address must contain "@", web site url must contain http://, etc.).
- Create Form Templates and copy for use throughout web site.
- Designate forms as secure submissions (Secure Key must be in place).
- Set up custom auto-responders for each form/survey.
- Customize form confirmation page content.
- Ability to bulk export form submissions and survey results.
