Synthenet Gives Starrett an Updated Look
NORTHBOROUGH, MA September 8, 2003 - Synthenet Corporation, a full service web development firm, announced that they completed the development and design of The L.S. Starrett Company Web Site (www.starrett.com). Starrett is the last remaining full line precision tool company to be proudly manufacturing their products within the U.S.A.
Synthenet designed the new Starrett web site using traditional branding and colors, with an updated look and feel and concise, easy to use drop-down navigation. The site was developed in v.6.0 of the Content Management System, features random testimonials, tips, news and links to the Starrett on-line catalog.
By using the Synthenet Content Management System, the staff at Starrett can add, remove, and edit content, forms, documents, and images at any time to keep the site up to date. Synthenet's Form Builder within the Content Management System allows users to create forms (i.e. Contact Us Form, Request for Sales Information Form) in a matter of minutes.
Starrett personnel can easily update the site's information, as well as promote new products to their distributors and consumers. The new design will stand the test of time and allow users for easier navigation of the site.
