Commerce Module

The fully functional Commerce Module allows end-users to view and purchase items, ship to multiple addresses, choose from multiple shipping options and maintain a personal address book.

Orders can be processed in real time or downloaded and processed off-line.  Client representatives can interface with the administration tool to create new orders, view and edit existing orders, export orders to production or shipping.   The Client can also set-up and manage term accounts.

  • Add, Edit and Delete Products  (This area will contain information such as Product Name, Part Number, Unit Price, Unit Weight, etc.)
  • Product Image Gallery (Display Item, Front/Rear/Schematic, etc.)
  • Cross-sell products on Product Detail Pages or through links in product description by relating specific items to each other in administration area.
  • Customers will create a personal login and profile with name, address, etc. which will be saved in the database. 
  • Customers may ship to as many addresses as desired.  These addresses may be saved in a personal “address book”.
  • Credit card numbers may be saved in customer profile.
  • Place multiple items in shopping cart, change quantities, check out, various shipping options, etc.  If transaction is not complete, products will be retained in shopping cart for next visit.
  • Credit Card Validation for various credit card types (confirm correct number of digits, structure, etc.)
  • Sales tax calculations where applicable.
  • Order confirmation automatically sent to customer via e-mail upon completion of order.
