Showing your customers some appreciation...

Sometimes it's the personal touch that can make a difference. Synthenet is a Web development firm in Northborough. Rodney Capron Jr. is the president and founder. His wife, Lynn, who is a project manager at the company, enjoys baking decorated cookies. In appreciation for the customers who have helped the company grow this year, she will be preparing a special home-baked gift of Synthenet cookies for customers.

Ron Gilfix, director of marketing at Synthenet, says "it's a highly personalized thank-you and someone taking their time and care to create a personal gift. Our business is built on relationships, and our clients are important to us — part of the Synthenet family — and a home-baked gift shows how important they are to us."

He believes that this personal touch acknowledges the people who have helped them continue to grow despite current economic conditions.
