Rodney Capron, Jr. - President and CEO
Rodney founded Synthenet Corporation, bringing extensive sales, management and technical expertise and 20 years of experience that included partnering and/or founding three web development firms.  He is responsible for establishing, steering and fulfilling the company’s strategic vision.  Rodney also engages in extensive client interaction, directs client project discovery sessions and builds strategic partnerships with other high-tech firms in order to best serve Synthenet’s clients.

Lynn Capron – Operations Manager
Lynn has been in executive-level project and administrative management for over 20 years.  She directs the day-to-day activities at Synthenet and oversees project management, human resources and finances.  She is also in charge of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction and the overall quality of the services organization, including strategy, creative, technical and quality assurance. 

Tom Frost - Web Development Manager
Tom heads up the dynamic Development team at Synthenet — the people who make the projects look and function the way they are supposed to. Prior to joining Synthenet, Tom owned Frost Data Systems, where he worked as an independent software consultant. Before stepping out on his own, Tom was a vital member of the information systems (IS) staff for Staples, Inc., the office supplies giant, for over 10 years. Among his many accomplishments there, Tom played key roles on the IS team that developed and created the Staples.com online superstore.

Tim Howard - IT Manager
Tim joined Synthenet after more than 20 years of management roles in Corporate America. Most recently, Tim was the Senior Manager of IT Operations at Staples in Framingham, MA. Prior to starting his career in IT he served four years in the U.S. Air Force as a Security & Law Enforcement Officer, and was a Police Officer in New Hampshire. Tim's IT strategy is to provide best-in-class services and continuous improvement, based upon sound IT fundamentals, to ensure a stable and secure IT environment that supports Synthenet clients and their growing business requirements.

Erin Rodgers – Project Manager
With Synthenet since June of 2001, Erin has over nine years of experience in project production and management.  She oversees the execution of web site content population and production and the training and support for the Online Management System.  Erin also acts as a liaison between clients and the entire Synthenet team to ensure that work is performed in accordance with developmental standards and within project scope, budget and timelines.  She is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and high quality delivery of services.

Kim Kordosky - Senior Development Specialist/DBA
With Synthenet since June 2007, Kim possesses over 20 years experience as a database administrator; data architect; software developer and business analyst.  She is responsible for designing and maintaining Synthenet’s databases, and development of Synthenet’s Online Management System and custom projects.  Kim is recognized as a data warehousing expert and has worked extensively with a wide range of tools and programming languages, including Flex, SQL Server 6.0 – 2008, Oracle 6.x – 9i, Visual Basic 3.0 – Net, VB script, Universe Basic, Basic, C, C++, C#, J++, Java, Javascript, Mumps/ M technology, Sagent, DataStage/IBM Websphere, DTS & Microsoft Integration Services, Informatica 5.5 – 7.0, ASP, ASP.NET, ColdFusion and OLAP cubes.

James Scaglione – UI Specialist
James holds a B.S. in Communications/Media and has over 12 years of experience in building websites.  As a User Interface Specialist, James assembles client web sites from graphic design compositions and allows them to work with Synthenet's Online Management System.  He has experience with XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash, ColdFusion, MS-SQL, and Web 2.0 technologies such as jQuery. 

Ken Alderfer - Web Production Specialist
Primarily a front-end designer, Ken's true passion for concept work and company branding make him an asset to the Synthenet team. Ken blends technical skills with creative talent to transform concepts into full functioning websites - always with the client in mind. His skill set ranges from hand-coding XHTML and CSS to advanced Photoshop techniques.

James Kocik – Design Specialist
James has over 17 years experience as a creative professional.  He has worked with high profile publishing brands, creating highly artistic and dynamic designs to establish a powerful online presence.  As one of Synthenet’s top web designers, James creates design and visual concepts that produce exciting and exceptional web sites.  James designs and executes interface elements, graphics and more while supporting clients’ visual, branding and site navigation needs.

Dan Nagle – IT Specialist
Dan has over 10 years experience in network and desktop operation and support and possesses excellent technical and trouble-shooting skills.  He is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting desktop and server hardware and software in both local and production facilities, maintaining applications, debugging web applications, documenting processes and providing client support.  Dan’s keen understanding of web technology enables him to discuss technical issues in a non-technical manner. 

Linda Quinlivan – Office Manager
Linda is an accounting professional with over 15 years experience in accounting and office management.  She is responsible for all financial and human resources functions at Synthenet, as well as general office and administrative duties.
