Rodney Capron, Jr. - Founder/President
With over thirteen years of extensive sales, management and technical expertise, and partner and/or founder of three web development firms to his credit, Rodney Capron, Jr. founded and serves as President of Synthenet Corporation. He is responsible for establishing, providing direction for and the fulfillment of the company's strategic vision.
Rodney also builds strategic partnerships with other high-tech firms in order to best serve Synthenet clients, manages the sales and marketing team, provides extensive client interaction and directs client project discovery sessions

Lynn Capron - Operations
Lynn acts as a liaison between clients and the entire Synthenet team to ensure that work is performed in accordance with developmental standards and within project scope, budget and timelines. She is responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction and the overall quality of the services organization, including strategy, creative, technical and quality assurance. Lynn also manages all administrative and accounting functions at Synthenet.

Sumit Verma - Development
Sumit is responsible for the complete Development Process at Synthenet. He has successfully implemented projects calling on his diverse skills that involve: E-Commerce Applications, ERP Applications, CRM Applications, Client/Server Solutions, System Analysis & Architecture, Data Base Designing and Administration. Sumit also brings knowledge of core programming languages including: C, C++, COBOL, ColdFusion, PeopleSoft (Financials, HRMS), CRM (Siebel), Client / Server Solutions (Visual Basic) and Databases (Oracle 8.x, MS SQL Server) using OOAD methodologies and modeling tools (Convoy DM, Rational Rose) to every project.

Scott Whipple - Design
Scott is responsible for all design/creative aspects of Synthenet projects. He has seven years of valuable award-winning experience in the visual communications field, working with clients to develop their online brand strategies from initial concept to completion. Scott is well versed in all aspects of graphic design, not only with high-end internet graphics but also with traditional marketing solutions such as logo design and printed support materials.
