Member Services Center Offers AAA Members Extended Auto Warranties On-Line Through New Web Site

NORTHBOROUGH, MA September 15, 2002 - Synthenet Corporation, a full service web development firm, announces that they have completed the custom development and design of the Member Services Center Web Site (www.aaamsc.com). MSC works in conjunction with AAA to offer their members extended auto warranties and in some areas, new and used auto loans.

Consumers arrive at the Member Services Center Web Site from a link on their designated AAA Web Site. Once there, they can then get a quote for an extended warranty and save it, they can purchase an extended warranty, or if applicable, apply for an auto loan. MSC has used many different applications in the past that store all the consumers’ data, but in different formats and locations. With the custom application developed by Synthenet, MSC uses the same interface, but in administration format, to provide quotes and extended warranty/auto loan information over the telephone. All client and potential client information is now stored in one database. Call center representatives and supervisors can access and manage this information, whether to follow up with a client, or to contact someone that may have received a quote from MSC and did not purchase the warranty at that time.

With the E-Communications System that Synthenet developed, Member Services Center can send bulk, personalized e-mail communications to any number of diversified electronic mailing lists. Features include the ability to create various styles, subscribe/unsubscribe capabilities, automatic bounced e-mail processing, readership tracking and flexibility with text/html versions.
