Each and every client relationship begins with "Discovery". At this stage, we talk to our clients in depth about their businesses. We delve into the business processes they have in place (both technology-related and non-technical), their plans for the future and their immediate needs. Using the information we derive from "Discovery", we are able to fully understand the clients' business and base our recommended solution on integration with existing systems, potential upgrades, changes in business structure, etc.
This phase of the client relationship serves as one of the most beneficial. By developing an understanding of our clients businesses, and teaming that with our knowledge of technology, we are able to save our clients thousands of dollars, streamline their business processes and increase efficiency, productivity and profits.
